Multimedia, life, your boss, your wife, your husband and even your dog will play off of your reaction. There's no majority issue as it's an inbuilt thing with humans. We're made to last 15 minutes in a fight or flight scenario. The majority of society lives in this state 10-15 hours a day 7 days a week is where the issue arises. We now have become the least rested version of humans in existence. That's right, even the pre-homosapien's running from dinosaur ancestors would rest better than us. What happens when ancient wisdom meets modern day science?


During the year of 2010, there was a huge amount of change in my life that started me down a path I would have never thought about previously.
